As a registered Support at Home provider, we offer:

Note:
- Services are priced between $109.00 and $120.00/hr depending on the type of care.
- Penalty rates apply on weekends and public holidays (in line with Fair Work guidelines).
- Our services are fully compliant with Department of Health, Disability and Ageing requirements.

Getting Started with Support at Home
Whether you’re applying for the first time, already approved, or looking to switch from another provider, we’re here to help.
We support a wide range of older people and their families across the Griffith region:
- First Nations people aged 50 and over
- Non-Indigenous people aged 65 and over
- Individuals who have been approved for or are currently receiving a Support at Home package.
- Our elders who are dissatisfied with their current provider and wish to switch
- Family members or carers seeking quality, culturally safe services for their loved ones
We prioritise safety, security, and dignity in every care arrangement.

ACAT Assessment
You’ll be assessed to determine your care level and funding eligibility.
